Its a good thing I have time, cause it took a bit of awhile!

Worst experience ever . I order 3 meals with drinks no ice around 2pm from drive thru and the older lady who had on a manager uniform . I ask for my drink to be filled to the top because she left the gap that ice would take up . She tells me that how much liquid is dispensed in a large drink . When she finally filled my drinks I ask for Ketchup and sauce for nuggets she said you still here and shoved everything in my face just to get me out the way and I was the only car there at the moment .

12/12/19 9:00pm it took over an hour to get your order, after sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins with no orders being taken, we parked and went inside to spend another 45 mins waiting. I’m not sure what was going on, but this is poor service for any McDonalds. But especially for a high traffic area like this one. Two wormy thumbs down

The customer service was rude when speaking with a man who received a cold sandwich. The bathroom was disgusting; water all over the place and out of sanitary supplies. The building itself is new and the conditions reflect poor management.

Good customer service but my burgers and chicken sandwich was cold. Cold like if they just took it out the fridge/freezer and didn't heat/cook them thoroughly.

Workers were very nice and efficient. Went through the drive through and received my food not too long later.

Stopped in to grab some Mickey D's before visiting a relative at the Resort Nursing Home a few blocks down. Ordered for 7 people and an ice cream for Grandma. They walked the order over within a reasonable time and wished us a pleasant day. Team there seemed ready to service with a smile.Street Contruction - > There is currently construction in the street so making a left turn is somewhat stressful with the oncoming traffic, however this is just information and no impact to the personnel at Mc Ds

Order my food a number 1 with a large coke no ice . The lady who served me said when she hand me my drink . That the machine have a set amount and that's all she could give me . She also shorted me on french fries gave me a small amount in a medium container. Never again will I go there .

Busy but efficient. Food was hot and fresh.

It was good, just my order came kind of incorrect thru Uber eats. It's okay I still like this spot

New order menus in the front. Fast service.

I enjoyed going to McDonald's it was very pleasing and the workers make sure that I had everything I wanted fast and on time

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburger meals ordering inside , meanwhile the drive thru was pushing orders out 2 minutes apart . NEVER order inside , go thru drive thru. After 25 minutes we got our money back and left . The worker that was taking care of had the nerve to give us an attitude for not being happy .

Very clean place, and the food and service was pretty good.

Poor to subpar service most of the time. Staff needs better training and manners

You order thru the kiosk then pick up your food at the counter. No complaint

The McDonald's here in Rockaway is definitely going downhill they almost have nobody in them almost all of the time and I see no reason for them to actually stay open they're wasting their time efforts and money they should close down and put up a decent restaurant

Tried the new Qpounder Deluxe. Yummy! And of course had fries and nuggets. Kudos to the reps behind the counter, there were a lot of school kids on line.

They are very slow, is not more fast food but the staff are nice with the customer

Atmosphere was fine although children were present it's not a place for kids as there are many hooka smokers & the music is just too loud. Prices on the high side but worthwhile

Food was great The service was on point you didn't have to wait for along to be seated.

Drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get a cold burger and I was the only car in line. 2nd time. I should have learned.

The service was great. French fries were the best I've eaten.

GREAT PLACE, BUT THE SERVICE ISN'T CONSISTENTLY GOOD!

If I could give this a zero rating, I would. I've been to busier McDonald's in Manhattan and they still got my order right. The employees are very sloppy with their work and obviously don't care. Both the patties are supposed to be chicken and they gave beef instead. The one sandwich isn't even on the bun it was just thrown in the box.

Food quality is pretty consistent, this location is constantly packed with teenagers because it is right next to the schools. Kiosks are constantly broken or not functioning correctly (Kiosk takes order, gets stuck after payment, doesn't give receipt or pickup number), mobile order is pretty consistently broken and only at this location. (App shows the restaurant is "closed" during day time hours, but can drive there and place an order in person.)

First off the people at drive through didn’t wear gloves or masks! Really McDonald’s do you care about the safety of your staff and clients in times like these!?!? Second we asked for hot mustard got charged for it but it wasn’t in the bag also no napkins. Not going back there

Was clean and food was good and it was extremely busy and the manager there was great so pleasant and nice. Wish i would have gotten his name.

I love this McDonalds the best one in FarRockaway. However I do believe their is a specific manager on the team whenever I see him I know the food will be fresh! And great I just left this am I seen him and the food is great. Thanks for the quality

Went for some icecream and it was just a mess. Really dirty counters tables, and the soda fountain was disgusting. They need to hire more people especially in the summer when it gets super busy.

Went there tonight, waited a while for my order. While waiting I am watching the many mishandling of people's orders. I will never go back to this place again. I was not the only one who saw this. At least the prepper wore gloves. My burger was so I'll prepared and I only have myself to blame should have went to chipotle.

Nice and Knowledgable! Well Stocked with supplies and plenty of room... Parking is a bit awkward, however, It's Worth It!

Food and service was horrible. It was my first time there, so probably everything was off.

Sorry to dirty, use to be a lot cleaner. The High School kids, don't seem to respect this manager like the last one.

This McDonald's is surprisingly clean. Workers are diligent about cleaning spills/messes right away. They have a kids area which has computers, an interactive lights table and a TV. This area is usually restricted to customers with children, but sometimes adults sneak in on their own. Staff is friendly and orders are accurate.

Slow.. pitiful what a disgrace. can't beleive these people get paid 15$ an hour to get orders wrong and to serve cold fries. No ice for sodas. What the hell. No bizzards? Get better workers

although the place was dirty, it wasnt as bad as people on here made it to be. the staff seem respectful and the food was great. never go solely off reviews on google and make your own judgement by going for yourself

When you spend almost $30 of McDonalds how bch 91 McDonalds gonna give me buns with no burger and I had to jump in a cab and get my burger for the money I spent like they was rushing without checking the orders correctly but they made my burger over and gave me some fries for free and the burger cost $6 alone so check your bags for your order before you leave

I love it because they have nice french fries and I don't really eat french fries however I ate them this time.

Actually at this time, you can get food wherever you want , but, you can get food as you deserve, safety food, clean despatchers hands and a lot of respect for you from those guys.
